  • Jerilan led cross-functional teams at Yum! Brands for 11 years, and over her final six years as SVP, Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer and Yum! Foundation Chairman of the Board of Directors & CEO, guided the breakthrough strategy and integration of the ESG, global communications, crisis, sustainability and government affairs functions.

    Previously, she counseled clients at Edelman, Burson, Deloitte, and Towers Watson, while gaining public, private, M&A, and human capital experience across the consumer, pharmaceuticals, biotech, technology, telecommunications, energy, and financial sectors. She has served boards as an advisor and independent director on committees for Audit, Risk, and NomGov.  Jerilan holds a BS and MBA from Northwestern University and has completed board governance programs at Stanford Law School, NACD, Santa Clara University, and the DCRO Risk Governance Institute.
